Need some help ...my ariza 700 is working with limited channels ....I'm trying to load a new bin file to get my ppv and intl channels . I'm very new at this ...I know I need to load a load file on my computer which I don't how to do .....and I do have the cable to hook up my 700 to the computer .....would someone walk me through this process. Much appreciated.
