my capiveworks 600s all chanels are scrambled. I am 100% new at this can you give me step by step to get it up and working?

It could be that you havent "enabled patch" click f1 button on your remote to bring up H on the led>enter 000 if "patch disabled" banner appears on your screen repeat to bring up "patch enabled". To check autoroll click menu use channel down to hilite system setting ok>hilite "OSD"ok>look at the bottom left to check if autoroll is on if not hilite "autoroll" and left or right click volume to turn on exit out. It may take some time for the autoroll to find the keys so be patient. Thats as far as I can go with the info provided.
