Coolsat 5000 upgrade ?

I am trying to upgrade the firmware on my Coolsat 400000, however, the computer is not detecting the connection. I am using STBTool ver 1.8.7 with BIN_5000_183.stb. Which COM am i supposed to use? Please help. Thanks you guys!
