or what do i have to scan to get the venus channels?
before i scanned the nimiq 1,3 it worked but then i rescanned it and it won't come back.

please someone tell me how to get the venus channels using my coolsat 5000

Not possible with the ird that you have,N3 is in effect in Canada.
