I am using Pansat 3500 for indian channels, but i dont get star plus,?

i got Pansat 3500 Reciever, i am using satellite ECHO 3Ku to ger indian channels but the problem is that i dont get star plus, is there any other satellite other than ECHO 3Ku to get star plus.
