Is an 8psk module required to get hd channels on the sonicview 8000 hd?

yes, you'll need the 8psk for most of the HD (which is mostly located on 129) but you may wanna go with the A-1 card instead...especially if you have the older 8000 model that doesn't come with the cooling fan already installed...the A-1 runs alot cooler than the 8psk from what I'm told...be sure to switch your tuner setting to external module after installing the card too
