Scrambled Channel on BEV

Check your codes (enter menu then press 7890 and you will see the code menu pop in), check for providers 0905 and 0906 for Bev.
If they are not there, then the key file was not loaded properly. (Thanks blueroy812 for this post)

How To Format Mem Stick For Dummies

Format the mem stick to FAT32. Do this by the following;
1) open a DOS window
2) type "format e: /q" where e: = the drive letter; /q = quick format
3) When complete, copy desired flash (V0103) to the drive

Then do a 'cool-boot-flash' as follows;
1) turn the HD8000 off via back-switch
2) insert flash drive in USB
3) Press "MENU" button on front panel, while turning power on via back switch
4) continue to hold until you see "LOAD USB", then release
5) allow flash to complete update of HD8000, DO NOT TURN OFF, etc
6) It should reboot and then it's complete

To delete all channels on a specific satellite or satellites -
Menu > Dish Settings > press OK in satellite window > highlight sat or sats / press green button > exit & save.
